Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions, wigs, or any hair-related products once an order has been processed or delivered.Please be sure to review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact The Gleaux Spot within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
